A cosplaying buddy of mine made a plea for Jason Todd so I made room on the roster.

His outfit in general is actually pretty close to practical.  It only takes a few tweaks to make it something you could pull together with some basic shopping.

AND OH MY GOODNESS!  The Kickstarter is almost there!!!
